Rotating Joints

Rotating joints are used as an integral part of a coiled tubing reel. They are designed to handle all circulating operations required for through-tubing pumping operations. They come with a flanged outlet and a 1502 hammer union style inlet for ease of installation and removal. Self energized seals and a heavy duty bearing design ensures a wide pressure sealing range and a long, reliable service life.

Nexus rotating joints are available with an internal diameter of 1-1/2", 2" and 2-1/2". The working pressure is 5000psi to 15,000 psi and are designed for sour service or standard operations.
